Conviver com as dificuldades cognitivas com que se depara o
indivíduo com comprometimento neurológico é um desafio não
só para o próprio e sua família, mas também para todos os
profissionais envolvidos na sua reabilitação. A reabilitação
cognitiva visa capacitar pacientes e familiares a conviver, lidar,
reduzir ou superar as dificuldades adquiridas em consequência
de um quadro neurológico.
Para nós, fonoaudiólogos, o desafio é estar junto com o
paciente e com sua família, estimulando, incentivando,
pesquisando, buscando a melhor forma de recuperar
capacidades e habilidades de cada um deles.
Este livro é resultado de nossa escolha por aprimorar cada vez
mais o atendimento, buscando exercícios e tarefas que
contemplem os vários níveis de dificuldade, assim como as
várias alterações que identificamos em cada um deles.
Buscamos também apresentar exercícios e tarefas diferenciados
